Kevin Serre

Kevin Serre, Ph.D., is an accomplished human performance consultant. His educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Exercise Physiology from Bond University, along with a Master of Sports Science and a Bachelor of Science (Honours). Kevin is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and holds multiple certifications, including in exercise physiology and sports nutrition. Throughout his career, Kevin has held various high-profile roles. Previously, he was the Human Performance Delivery Manager for CANSOFCOM North, responsible for developing and managing tactical and operational- level programs for military personnel, enhancing physical readiness and reducing injuries through cutting- edge techniques and technology integration.

Kevin's earlier roles include serving as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the Canadian Special Operations Regiment (CSOR), where he designed and implemented performance and rehabilitative programs for special forces operators. Kevin’s academic contributions include lecturing at Bond University and serving on the editorial board for the NSCA’s Tactical Strength and Conditioning (TSAC) Report, where he provided quality assurance in research related to tactical populations.

With a track record of excellence in strategic planning, program management, and research, Kevin is recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between science and practical application in high-performance environments. His expertise spans human performance optimization, injury prevention, data-driven decision- making, and integrated wellness solutions.
